About the Role

This role is responsible for leading and driving the Employee services, developing and administering employee compensation and benefits as well as administrative support talent cycle.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Develop and implement remuneration components such as salaries, bonuses and long-term incentives

  • Headcount and employment cost management

  • Develop and implement policies and processes for international assignment (both short-term and long-term) and one-way transfer across entities

  • Participate in remuneration surveys

  • Administer remuneration programmes for executives

  • Provide expertise in the design, implementation, and analysis of other remuneration related areas such as sales incentive, retirement plans, life and medical insurances, recognition awards

  • Ensure risk and compliances are fulfilled with no errors.

  • Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the work by having frequent review on the processes and practices through collective feedback from employees and stakeholders.

 

HR Operations and Compliance

  • Be the subject matter expert in HR system.

  • Educate employees and line managers about on relevant processes and systems.

  • Identify ways to improve HR processes to create employee experiences.

  • Ensure employees data accuracy through conducting regular sample checks.

  • Ensure labor and operational compliances are fulfilled including staff in out declaration, work permit arrangement and other operational & compliance requirements.

  • Ensure HR processes and standards are in place following the AIA’s standard practices.

 

Data & Insights for Talent Cycle

  • Data quality dashboard

  • Talent data support

  • HR Data pulse check and insights (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)

 

Team Management (20%)

  • Provide leadership and management to the employee and business engagement team by identifying and crating. opportunity to enhance competencies and performance.
