Where We Need You 

We are looking for an Executive Recruiting Sourcer to join our executive recruiting team. Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person at a Protiviti office when needed. 

What You Can Expect 

As an Executive Recruiting Sourcer, you are responsible for building strong internal and external relationships and creating a network to increase the pipeline of executive level talent for current and future roles across our solution areas including Technology Consulting, Business Process Improvement, Internal Audit & Financial Advisory, Legal Consulting, Risk & Compliance and Digital Consulting.  

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Serve as a recruitment subject matter expert who is able to design & develop meaningful recruiting strategies, which support the development of a diverse, qualified candidate pool, including the use of technology and alternative sourcing techniques for current and future roles. 

  • Source for a diverse candidate pool through many different channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, direct applicants, etc.  

  • Build strategies and processes for talent mapping, intelligence gathering and candidate engagement.  

  • Construct target lists of companies and candidates, coordinate internal and external research resources, contact high-potential prospects, write position specifications, and document candidate qualifications and references. 

  • Develop an understanding of the key solutions, segments, industries and growth drivers of Protiviti. 

  • Build strong relationships with leaders and cross functional partners.  

  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with new hires and leaders to capture new ideas and network connections (previous employers, board memberships, etc.).  

  • Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline the recruitment process. 

  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process. 

  • Handle and document personal and confidential information in accordance with compliance and HR procedures. 

  • Establish and maintain relationships with other recruiting team members across Protiviti to ensure standard methodologies and consistency, as well as to encourage idea sharing and team building.

  • Provide consultation and negotiation related to the recruitment process in partnership with Hiring Managers and Human Resources Business Partners. 

  • Track and report against established success metrics to ensure that our hiring goals are met, and the quality of our hires is extraordinary and diverse.

  • Prior experience using an applicant tracking system; knowledge of Workday is a plus. 

  • Demonstrable experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to direct source candidates. 

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities, HR and/or a relevant discipline. 

  • 8+ years of experience within executive level search and recruitment with a combination of agency and/or professional services firm experience preferred. 

  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook). 

Our Hybrid Workplace 

Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and clients while offering a flexible environment. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$109,000.00 - $175,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$119,900.00 - $192,500.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
