The Position:
GameChanger (the #1 rated youth sports app for live streaming, scheduling, and scorekeeping) is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead our efforts to acquire, retain, and engage users via digital channels. GameChanger users are loyal, engaged, and love our product. We need your help finding more of them! The ideal candidate will have successfully developed and executed growth strategies, managed paid advertising, and led high-performing teams. This role reports to the VP of Data, Analytics, and Marketing, and sits on our cross-functional GTM leadership team.
What You’ll Do:
Own all aspects of paid user acquisition across various channels and experiment with new ones
Develop and grow a team of marketers currently focused on lifecycle marketing and operations, and oversee agency and vendor relationships
Manage marketing operations, including budget and resource planning, and vendor management
Get hands-on with customer data and market insights to inform execution
Build the foundations of experimentation within the marketing team through A/B testing optimization strategies spanning ad assets, landing pages, targeting, media tactics, and new media channels
Collaborate with content, partnerships, events, and product marketing to maintain a consistent message across all programs, align on strategy, and execute towards shared KPIs
What You’ll Bring:
Demonstrated success acquiring users for consumer-facing product-led growth (PLG) companies
Expertise in mobile attribution, analytics, and measurement. We use AppsFlyer, GA4, and partner closely with our engineering and data teams
A history of driving outcomes with paid media strategy and tactics (search, social, affiliate, influencer)
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive efficient customer and revenue growth and in working with an external agency
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., Braze, Hubspot)
Who You Are:
8+ years of growth marketing experience with 4+ years leading teams at scale
Proficient using data and experimentation to inform decisions and optimize performance
Adaptable and eager to scale with a growing company
Clear and concise communicator

The target salary range for this position is between $185,000 and $215,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
