Roles and Responsibilities: •"The Senior Manager Client Services manages a team of professional employees that provide operational services and support to retirement clients. This job is responsible for client services policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (one year or less). Key Responsibilities and Duties Manages existing client relationships by ensuring client queries are responded to promptly and effectively managing escalated client issues. Identifies weaknesses and develops process and procedure updates for issues involving client experience. Oversees research and analysis used to follow up with other functional departments to answer ad-hoc client queries on a wide variety of investment, operational, compliance and regulatory topics. Ensures that client services for retirement clients are in accordance with bank and financial policies and procedures. Reviews individual trades and accounts to ensure they have been entered correctly and verified. Directs resources to prepare and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly valuation reports to clients. Liaises with fund managers in developing and overseeing the implementation of support strategies to service existing clients. Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development of team.
