The Opportunity:

 Serve as the Program Efficiency and Performance Specialist in the SCOPES Contract Program Management Office where you will direct the execution of contract Program Quality Performance Process and Plans for Team CACI’s support to US Southern Command. Supports the Operations Coordinator and Program Manager, as required.

Responsibilities:

Use the Delivery+® methodology to monitor the quality program and recommend proactive actions to the Program Manager.

Recommend metrics to evaluate and control program delivery/deliverables (J Att I), compiles metrics, and reports

Assesses program and project risk and recommends and tracks Program and Project metrics. Assesses program and project risk to advise PM on risk mitigation.

Collects data/inputs of TO performance objectives/ AQLs to develop the

Monthly Performance Report (MPR); recommends new AQLs or

updates to current AQLs.

Implement best practices and oversee quality processes by TDL

Draft, execute, report, and update the Program Quality Management plans  and processes.  

Execute CACI Operational Excellence best practices, corporate Mid-Course Performance Reviews, and Operational Excellence surveys.

Track, compile, and build  Award Fee Determination and CPAR data, information and presentations to include Mid-point reviews

Compile and draft weekly Project and Program work effort summaries

Qualifications:

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 7 years’ experience; or, Associate’s Degree in a related discipline and 13 years’ experience; or 20 years’ experience.

The ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

A current Tourist Passport with an expiration date more than 6 months away

Desired Qualifications: 

Spanish language capability

A fundamental understanding of Program Management Office operations and management.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,200-$130,600
