Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provides complex, financial analysis for a financial function or a business.

  • Leads forecast, budget and month end close process in a designated area

  • Provides complex financial and business analysis (narratives, bridges)

  • Communicates reporting requirements and guides financial analysts 

  • Integrates and consolidates data output from various systems and perform analysis of variances

  • Proposes and develops data integrity checks to keep the management reporting clean and reconciled

  • Supports the implementation of changes in the reporting and forecasting systems

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA) preferred.

  • Typically 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst.

  • Typically experienced in more than one finance function.

  • Must have English language verbal and written skills.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, VBA Code).

  • Excellent team player in multi country teams with very good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines).
