Job Summary:

Enterprise Service Manager is responsible to consult with enterprise leaders and the accountable executive to ensure initiatives align with overall strategic plan.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with market service managers and business solutions managers to inform strategic planning with regard to existing and planned capabilities
  • Responsible for the collaboration with market service managers and business solution managers to develop capability roadmaps for assigned service areas based on market and enterprise input and aligned with CareSource Strategic Plan
  • Collaborate with market service managers to develop business concepts and business cases for new investments partnering with business solutions managers to ensure robust output
  • Responsible for representing service needs across entire value stream into the mid-level planning process
  • Collaborate with business solutions managers to ensure solution design meets the business objective
  • Partner with market service managers and business solutions managers to implement product strategy for entry/exit to/from markets, proactively anticipating gaps and overlaps within the markets
  • Collaborate with market service managers and business solutions managers to identify, screen, and evaluate new opportunities to address unmet internal and external needs
  • Partner with market service managers and business solutions managers to communicate strategic business plans with assigned service areas
  • Collaborate with market service managers and business solution managers to ensure roadmap alignment with the strategic technology footprint
  • Responsible for appropriate prioritization of initiatives across assigned value stream ensuring all markets and corporate needs are being met, facilitating trade-offs as required
  • Responsible for collaboration with market service managers to articulate market needs in terms of capabilities that support enterprise wide business decisions.
  • Provide relevant insight to enable prioritization of capability plans based on market needs
  • Perform any other job duties as requested

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business or other related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required, Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience with proven demonstrated responsibility for development and implementation of capability plans is required
  • A minimum of three (3) years of people, project, or technical leadership experience with proven demonstrated responsibility for development and implementation of strategic plans is required
  • Experience developing relationships with and ensuring the appropriate participation of key client stakeholders
  • Experience in developing capability roadmaps is required. 
  • Prior experience developing formal business cases is required
  • Experience working in a fast paced, matrixed environment

  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a regulated environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel

  • None

Working Conditions:

  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Some travel for business

Compensation Range:

$90,500.00 - $158,400.00
