Who we are looking for

Are you interested in helping craft the future of an evolving retail organization? Then this job is for you! Our Retail Recruiters are based across EMEA, and typically support between 15-20 stores in one or more countries in the region. You will act as the key talent acquisition partner for country retail leadership teams. This will include store managers (Head Coaches), assistant store managers (Assistant Head Coaches) and field leadership (Retail Managers).

In addition to identifying, sourcing and hiring the best candidates for retail positions you are to bring innovative ideas to improve the end-to-end process of retail hiring. We are looking for a self-starter, who is action driven and is adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders.

What you will work on

As a Retail Recruiter, you lead the end-to-end process for retail field hiring across multiple levels, from store associate (Athlete) to store manager (Head Coach). You’ll be responsible for candidate sourcing, resume review, and screening of candidates. Working within a team of other retail territory field recruiters, you’ll own the candidate process through our applicant tracking system, Workday.

Who you will work with

You will report to the Retail TA Manager North, West & East Europe and be part of the regional retail recruiting team. The team is part of the Talent Solutions Organization. On a weekly basis, you are accountable for maintaining relationships with the Head Coaches & Assistant Head Coaches of your assigned stores along with Retail Directors. You will partner with internal People Solutions and Data Management teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required:

  • Experience with volume in-house recruiting for a commercial business
  • Developed capabilities in using Workday Recruiting (requisition management, candidate management and reporting)
  • Demonstrated ability to apply business acumen in supporting hiring leaders
  • Good understanding of key retail industry trends and challenges
  • Ability to assess talent by applying competency-based interviewing
  • Effective team collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English language

Preferred:

  • Previous retail recruitment experience working directly as a store-facing business partner, coaching and assisting store leaders with their full-cycle recruitment strategy.
  • Track record of innovative sourcing and building talent communities within commercial functional abilities.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Dutch language
