Sabre People Team is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to join our Global Total Rewards team. This role, which offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, assists with the day-to-day administration of Sabre's total rewards programs, significantly impacting the engagement and well-being of Sabre's team members. Success in the role will be determined by the ability to provide valuable data-driven insights to improve the efficiency, engagement, and effective delivery of our Total Rewards programs. 

Responsibilities

  • Support all operational aspects of the Total Rewards "Center of Excellence" (COE) and partner with Global and Regional HR People Partners to implement and drive standard processes and procedures regarding annual Compensation programs, Health & Welfare, and retirement planning.
  • Provide consultative and administration support related to benefits & compensation planning, analysis, and research.
  • Support annual compensation review planning and open enrollment activities.
  • Partner with Total Rewards team and other internal stakeholders to provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and people leaders to understand their issues related to compensation and benefits; provide education and counsel as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of benefits or compensation administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree or appropriate combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across an organization, developing key relationships.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
