<title>About the role</title>

The Web Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating and delivering web projects across the organization. Serving as the central point of contact, you will oversee project workflows, facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders, and ensure projects remain on track.
Your responsibilities will include scoping, planning, and managing web initiatives to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes that align with business objectives.

<title>Main Tasks & Responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Managing the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including planning, coordination, follow-up, and delivery, while assisting in the execution of web projects to support the organization’s goals.</point>
- <point>Serving as the primary liaison inside the team — including product designers, engineers, analysts, SEO and ASO specialists — and external stakeholders.</point>
- <point>Setting up and maintaining workflows while working closely with the Engineering Manager, and facilitating clear, effective communication on project requirements, updates, and timelines with all relevant teams and stakeholders.</point>
- <point>Tracking project progress in an agile environment; setting milestones, identifying risks, and updating stakeholders on status.</point>
- <point>Ensuring consistent documentation of project processes and procedures to enable repeatable workflows, while using tools like Jira and Confluence for effective tracking, reporting, and management of project details and timelines.</point>
- <point>Compiling project reports, status updates, and tracking deliverables to provide clear visibility into project progress.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>You have at least 4 years of project management experience, ideally within the tech industry, with a background or strong understanding of product design or related fields.</point>
- <point>You are proficient in using Jira, Service Desk, and Confluence to track, manage, and report on project progress. Additionally, you have a solid understanding of front-end development and engineering principles.</point>
- <point>You possess excellent communication and coordination skills to ensure effective collaboration across diverse teams.</point>
- <point>You are skilled in scoping, planning, and pushing projects forward to meet deadlines.</point>
- <point>You have experience with Figma or similar design tools and are skilled at creating clear, data-driven reports using Jira and other project management tools.</point>
- <point>You have the ability to adapt to a rapid-growing, self-paced environment.</point>
