Job Summary

As a Mid Business Analyst  (11680), you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.

Your responsibilities will include leading and actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of our software projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable documentation such as process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Use tools like Bizagi to model and analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing workflows. Propose solutions that enhance efficiency and align with business objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and project updates. This includes supporting teams by clarifying business needs, answering questions, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge and experience using Bizagi or similar Business Process Management (BPM) tools to create, optimize, and analyze business process models.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and other Office tools to create clear, detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flows. Ability to maintain well-structured documentation that meets project and stakeholder needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to interact with stakeholders, participate in meetings, and translate business requirements across multilingual teams.
