Citi Wealth Funds Operations – Senior Analyst/Process Coordinator is the intermediate level position within EMEA Wealth Investments Operations, which provides operational support to Citi Wealth Investment Business covering products like Traditional Investments, Mutual and Alternative Investment Funds with utmost focus on Risk and Control environment.

It integrates in-depth Citi Wealth Funds Operations and Investments area knowledge with a solid understanding of Citi Risk and Control standards and practices. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of MCA, KPI, and KRI data.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of team’s workload including task allocation and serve as analytical or procedural expert for Funds Operations deliverables / initiatives.
  • Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation of Funds Operations processing procedures and industry standards.
  • Data Analytics - Perform KPI, KRI, MCA data analytics to identify and proactively address control issues.
  • Audit / CAP – participate and prepare management reporting.
  • Identification and reporting inefficiencies, risks and control gaps in the process and develop changes to eliminate them.
  • Lead system developments and new business projects across Private Bank Operations Complying with Citi culture and policy in daily work.
  • Preparation & analysis of proposed system changes, gathering consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementation.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with Technology, Business, Risk, Relationship and Project Managers, by demonstrating committed inclusion in relevant forums, projects, business developments and service calls.


 

If you are a motivated, dedicated person who:

  •  5-8 years of relevant experience.
  •  Excellent oral and written communications skills. Must be articulate and persuasive.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively. Self-starting with the ability to prioritize.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem-solving capability.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Team Player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
