CB Insights is looking for a People Operations Generalist to help bring our leadership principles to life and shape an exceptional employee experience.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about solving employee challenges, prioritizing excellence, and simplifying processes to enhance the employee experience. As a key member of the People team, you'll contribute to creating an environment that fosters growth, data-driven insights, and collaboration. This role requires you to be in our office in Midtown Manhattan on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Whether managing employee data, driving HR initiatives, or enhancing technology systems, you'll play a vital role in shaping a seamless and impactful workplace experience.
