The Employee Services and Lifecycle Manager will be responsible for the oversight and successful delivery of our HR services related to the maintenance of lifecycle events and related data of our employees within our HRCM systems as well as resolving general HR related inquiries and requests in the most effective and efficient way aiming to create great experiences for employees and managers each time.

Manage a team of professionals, their training, growth and development to ensure employees and managers requests are properly processed within the committed levels of time and quality delivering outstanding experiences.

Partner with different Global Process Owners and CoE’s in activities related to onboarding, employment, recruitment, compensation, payroll, employee relations, regulatory compliance, performance management and/or training and others.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provides superior service to employees while maintaining the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Lead a high-performing Tier 1 Team with Americas scope (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador) mainly but eventual global activities.
  • Standardize, simplify, automate, and consolidate HR processes in collaboration with different areas as required.
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and drive ongoing enhancements adhering to Ingredion’s Continuous Improvement program.
  • Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Investigate shortfalls, issues, complains and escalations related to current business processes.
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance overall HR performance.
  • Propose changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure operational performance and service excellence within the HR Shared Service team and report out with key performance indicators on a regular basis.
  • Monitor team’s performance against defined quality standards.
  • Oversee the HR information system such as Workday, ServiceNow and others ensuring accurate data entry and system functionality.
  • Facilitate self-service options for employees related to HR inquiries and transactions.
  • Work closely with other stakeholders (such as HRBP’s, COEs, other Shared Services functions, department heads, team leads, and employees) to enhance productivity and employee experience.
  • Communicate ideas, process improvements and opinions effectively to other members of management.
  • Train, mentor, and guide team members in day-to-day operation and in new / changes in processes.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant HR Shared Services experience in a leadership position.
  • Be a People Manager. Coaching, mentoring and leadership skills will need to be demonstrated.
  • Sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes.
  • Data driven, strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent English.
  • Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence in leading organizational change.
