With your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills, you will work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and implement technology best practice business changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions. - Assist in the development and execution of project plans. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules. - Knowledge of integration between SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and other HR systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
