Job description

The position will be based in the Czech Republic and will necessitate a balanced approach of hands-on involvement within the local country, as well as strategic input across the EEG region comprising Hungary, Lithuania, Austria, Poland, Bulgaria and Greece.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications plan that aligns with the EMEA overall marketing communication plan and coordinate local execution across EEG
• Manage various local marketing communication projects and campaigns (end-to-end) according to the EMEA marketing communication plan across multiple channels including social media, email, digital advertising, and events
• Lead and collaborate with local EEG MarCom specialists to align and execute annual marketing communication plans and product launches in accordance with segment strategy, while fostering strong relationships within the EEG marketing teams and EMEA MarCom leadership
• Support predefined EMEA Infrastructure MarCom projects and collaborate closely with EMEA Segments MarCom teams to maintain brand alignment within EEG, while also acting as the main point of contact for EEG Marketing Communication
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports to key stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Experienced in Sales / Marketing / Communications
• A good understanding of best practices marketing
• Knowledge and experience within a relevant B2B product and solutions industry
• Experience working in complex, international and multi-stakeholder environment
• Expertise in Project Management and continuous improvement mindset
• First experience in leading cross functional teams & projects on remote
• Fluent in English & Czech – any additional European language is a plus.
