The major function of this position is:

Design, execute and produce creative, detail-oriented work with a strong focus on production, working within a collaborative team environment.

Essential Duties:

• Partner with Creative Manager to translate marketing and sales objectives and campaigns into clear, compelling, engaging and appropriate design.   

• Work with the marketing team to understand strategy and product understanding and translate that into creative concepts for a variety of print, web and social media design materials.  

• Ensure all creative work adheres to brand standards and advances Zeal’s brand strategy. Assist the Marketing team on projects as necessary.   

• Create and produce marketing and sales collateral materials for our domestic and international sales team. Maintain these items in our DAM.   

• Create and design presentation materials, sales sheets and marketing materials.  

• Work on multiple projects concurrently, ensuring results are achieved on deadline while maintaining exceptional quality.  

• Strong attention to detail and organization to ensure efficient workflow and asset management.

• Ability to maintain production best practices with project and image files

• Stay abreast of current design trends in print and digital marketing/social media design. 

• Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.

Pay: $25/hour

 

As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or Graphic Design from an accredited college preferred. In lieu of education, current college Junior or Senior pursing said course of study.

• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva a plus

• Understanding of project management software such as ClickUp or similar

• 2-3 years Graphic Design experience in a corporate environment preferred

• Strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
