Our ideal Sr. People Business Partner will play a crucial role in providing expertise and guidance in the areas of culture, change management, strategic planning, coaching, performance management, and succession planning. This person would be both strategic and influential with the ability to embody and scale our culture as we continue to grow.
This role will lead the People Business Partners (PBPs) that support the field employees and work cross-functionally with all People Teams to lead transformational change throughout the organization.
