WHAT YOU WILL DO
This internship will be an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to have international exposure and daily interactions with our stakeholders in France. In the Admin and Contracts team you will learn all terminology related to our HCP/HCO activities. The role offers a strong international component, providing an in-depth understanding of global regulations and procedures for contracting with HCPs/HCOs, while also providing the opportunity to gain specialized knowledge of French regulations and procedures. At the end of the internship, you will be able to grasp the basic concepts of compliance in pharma and learn overall country legal requirements. This is what you’ll do:
Learn how to process HCP/HCO end-to-end contracting activities using the Amgen Compliance tool.
Learn how to manage the end-to end PO process in Ariba.
Follow-up on the invoicing process in SAP.
Support management of contract templates Support Transparency process review within Amgen Transparency tool.
Learn how to recognize and escalate problems or risks, as and when they arise in line with the business requirements.
Adapt, support, and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the department and ACCP.
Identify improvement opportunities for the different processes and projects within the A&C French team and participate in the implementation of solutions.

University Degree in Management, Business or Legal-based subject.
Advanced English and basic level of French (A2) - minimum required. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
Attention to detail, ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite applications.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, curious, and willing to learn.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
