We are looking for an exceptional lawyer to take on this exciting role and join our fast-growing team as Head of Regulatory (US). You will be working on ground-breaking, novel regulatory matters in the crypto space, including pioneering new crypto licensing regimes, working closely with Blockchain.com’s Policy Team on crypto policy development, and helping shape the regulatory environment in the US. You will have responsibility for regulatory matters as they pertain to the US business, which covers both institutional and consumer business lines. You will work with that business to address challenging legal and regulatory matters along our continued journey of growth.
Practically speaking, this includes the provision of legal and regulatory support on a variety of matters spanning entity licensing and registration, product distribution, service provider relationships, and more across consumer and institutional client segments. US Pay Transparency Notice: At Blockchain.com, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For individuals performing work in the United States, the target annual salary for this position can range from $150,000 to $210,000, and your actual pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location, as well as internal equity and market data.
We also offer benefits that include medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, paid parental leave, flexible paid time off. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and full-time employees will receive equity as part of the compensation package.
