As the Director of Strategic Planning and CEO Chief of Staff within our Corporate Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Xylem’s strategic direction, while also serving as the CEO’s Chief of Staff (CoS). The role will report into the VP, Strategy & Business Development. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans, translating enterprise strategy into capital and resource allocation, ensuring effective communication of the strategy, and managing the Board of Directors materials development process. In addition, you will partner directly with the CEO as Chief of Staff, managing the CEO’s operating cadence, leading material development for key meetings and events, as well as supporting communication of the company’s strategy both internally and externally. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of creating smart, sustainable solutions for water management. You’ll work in a professional office environment, collaborating with colleagues across time zones (Asia, Europe, Americas). Expect occasional travel (up to 25%) for meetings and site visits. Our base location is Washington, DC, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
Salary range:
