The Team
The Streaming Creative team for Warner Bros. Discovery EMEA is a mix of professionals with expertise in branding and performance focused on the full-funnel customer experience. We’re looking for talented team members who understand the power of brand, messaging, and design as well as KPIs, call-to-action and promotion within digital advertising channels.   

The Job  
As Creative Project Manager, your role will be to ensure the timely management, production, and delivery of all marketing creatives across all European languages covering HBO Max’s digital channels. You will be responsible for managing the production and delivery of promotional material for all EMEA’s markets. You will jointly manage the relationship of one or more business strategy teams, including Acquisition, Retention (CRM), Social or Brand. As a Creative Project Manager, you will provide dedicated service to one or more business strategy teams. You will keep up-to-date knowledge on digital marketing channels and formats to be able to effectively consult and guide business strategy teams on best-in-class creative assets. This job isn’t simply about the day-to-day assistance of creative campaigns that take us beyond our KPIs. It’s also about building a meaningful, long-lasting relationship between our brand, millions of people, and the entertainment we all love.   

The Daily
● Handle purchase orders, incoming invoices, and supplier coordination while working closely with the Finance team to ensure smooth processing of contracts and agreements in collaboration with Legal.
● Assist the Creative Ops Director with monitoring and managing budgets effectively.
● Video Asset Management and Production: Oversee the end-to-end creation and delivery of AV assets, including pre- and post-production tasks such as delivering masters assets to internal localization team, quality control, and timely delivery. This involves managing daily video requests across 18+ languages for EMEA promotional needs, handling master asset ingestion and distribution, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
● Collaboration and Resource Allocation: Coordinate with partners, producers, licensors, and internal teams to access original master assets and facilitate creative asset development. Track project progress on Monday.com, updating statuses regularly, and allocating internal and external resources to support AV production efficiently.
● Manage daily requests from business strategy teams across 17 languages covering all the EMEA promotional needs
● Daily stakeholder management with business strategy teams, vendor teams and other operations teams to ensure service levels agreements
● Aid in the production and management of multi-faceted creative marketing campaigns that drive either acquisition, social engagement, retention, mitigate churn and/or brand awareness.

● Aid in the management & optimization of the team’s project management processes and tech stack usage including Monday.com, Adlib.io, Smartly.io, Box, Lokalise, Braze, and Stripo among others.
● Help build, manage & perfect the team’s automation efforts including DCO setup (Adlib.io and Smartly.io) and internal automation (Templater) applied in all EMEA markets
● General knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and After Effects) is needed to help support automation feasibility
● Contribute to customization projects, troubleshooting and management of external development partners.
● Aid in the management and project execution with external agencies for capacity support
● Manage QA efforts to ensure consistent and flawless creatives.
● Support the management of the tracking and allocation of internal and external resources and budgets within Streaming Creative
● Work with business strategy teams to introduce new workflows and continuously optimize existing collaborations

The Essentials     
●  Extended experience in project management
● International experience in managing creative digital content production

● Intercultural communication experience
● High attention to detail 
● Quality control experience in digital productions 
● Team player, ability to collaborate efficiently
● Ability to work across multiple projects, under tight deadlines, and whilst keeping a focus on both the big picture and the most minor details
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
● Self-starter and the ability to solve strategic, creative and technical problems
● Excellent command of English
● Experience with tooling and processes for creative production

The Nice-To-Haves
● Experience in analyzing the success of digital marketing content
● Other languages

● Knowledge of SAP system
● Managing budgets
● Knowledge or experience from the entertainment industry, SVOD industry or similar
