About the Role:

As a member of the People Operations Digital Workspace team, the Digital Workspace Integration Lead will be responsible for executing the global strategy, design, deployment, and integration of the Content Management System (CMS) and Company Intranet. In this role, the Digital Workspace Integration Lead will partner with key business stakeholders throughout the organization to understand and develop integrations between business systems and the CMS, and maintain the day-to-day operations of the CMS. Additionally, the incumbent will be working directly with teams to craft workflow solutions and recommendations, automating manual processes, and building efficiencies required for the organization to grow and expand.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex CMS and company intranet projects in support of Socure’s strategic and operational goals.

  • Own strategic roadmapping of integrations in relation to the CMS platform.

  • Lead the development of integrations and microapps within the CMS and company intranet, using programming languages such as JavaScript.

  • Create and implement solutions for integrating tools and automating workflows within the CMS.

  • Research and provide recommendations to leadership on new technologies to improve CMS use, adoption, and integration within the business.

  • Analyze, design, and build new custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor CMS usage, stability, and adoption.

  • Leverage analytics on content consumption to identify gaps and recommend updates to content within the system.

  • Contribute to the creation of technical CMS training materials and standard operating procedures.

  • Collaborate on special projects as assigned.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers related to the CMS and its integrations.

  • Ensure that all CMS integrations comply with relevant security standards and regulations.

  • Implement and maintain data protection and privacy policies within the CMS.

  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of CMS integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve any integration-related issues promptly.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design seamless user experiences across integrated systems.

  • Gather user feedback to continually improve CMS functionality and integrations.

  • HR Systems configuration support (Workday, 15Five, etc), reporting, and integration error resolution.

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology Management, or a related field.

  • 7 - 9 years of experience in content management systems 

  • Expertise in at least one programming language, such as Java and C++.

  • Experience creating integrations and automations for CMS tools.

  • Experience writing bespoke integrations (through webhooks or a solution’s API).

  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to craft innovative solutions.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and interface with all levels of the business in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for work products.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Familiarity in building and using data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Workday Prism.

  • Back-end familiarity with Workday or other HRIS tools.

  • Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary range: $138,000-164,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity,  comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
