Job Summary
The HR Generalist coordinates, performs and assists with all HR related duties and responsibilities, HR-admin, HR advice, for the ZOLL offices and employees in the UK. The person will report directly to the UK HR Business Partner and be part of the wider HR EMEA team.

Essential Functions

The HR Generalist is responsible for all HR tasks in the broadest sense of the word. The core responsibilities are:

  • (Technical) on boarding and off boarding
  • Supporting with HR-admin, employee files, absence management
  • Office management
  • Health & Safety Administration
  • Advising the (HR) Management and employees

Qualifications

  • Experience of professional work in HR as a admin/generalist with some knowledge of HR theory and practices
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, highly flexible
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work closely with other members of the HR team, you will strive to ensure a high quality of service is delivered to the business
  • Proficient using Microsoft office applications
  • Occasional travel internationally may be required
