ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team in attracting and onboarding top talent. This role is vital in partnering with the Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure a seamless recruitment process and fostering a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate Waystar values and competencies, including collaboration, drive for results, and communication skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers .
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in managing our team member referral program.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the People team on various initiatives to enhance the recruiting process.
  • Assist in preparing reports for leadership on recruitment trends and candidate pipelines.
  • Initiate candidate assessments and background checks

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
