Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking candidates for the position of Technical Services Project Management (Operations Project Manager). The selected candidate for this position will report to the Northrop Grumman Precision Targeting and Protection facility in Apopka, FL.
This position will be responsible for performing various duties on assigned programs, which include, but are not limited to the following:
• Serves as the primary Manufacturing interface with the assigned Program Management Office (PMO), Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain (SCM), Mission Assurance (MA), and customers.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with program managers, line managers, and customers.
• Cost Account Manager (CAM) for Manufacturing Operations budget, including Earned Value Management reporting and variance reporting. Ensures that the required manufacturing and test resources are forecasted and secured to execute the job (people, equipment, and facilities).
• Representing Manufacturing at the program Configuration Control Board, ensuring proper implementation of design changes.
• Active participant in program risk management activity, ensuring any applicable Manufacturing risks and/or opportunities are captured and managed in the program risk register
• Supporting and generating proposal documentation as needed to foster new work.

Salary Range: $75,300.00 - $112,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
