Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. The Business Process Analyst will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs, develop reports and dashboards, and help optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Management: Gather, clean, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Data Analysis: Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders. Develop dashboards using Cognos & Power BI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, Product , Engineering and operations, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions based on data analysis. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data privacy and security, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Should have experience in Audits, Billing & Invoices, PO/PR and Vendor Management related activities
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest data analysis techniques, tools, and industry trends to continually enhance skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data analysis. Experience with large datasets and complex analysis is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Python and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Cognos or similar.  3-4 Years of experience.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on quality in data management and reporting.
