About the Role

This position is primarily responsible for the end-to-end strategy design, execution, and monitoring of the Agency strategic initiatives focused on accelerating Agency business for AIA Philippines.

• Develop strategy and execution to achieve the strategic initiatives’ objectives and targets.
• Collaborate with AIA PH Academy to develop and provide necessary targeted training courses and programs to support the implementation and ensure success of the strategic initiatives.
• Works in partnership with the Field Team and other key local and Group Office Stakeholders to drive execution on the ground.
• Support technology enablement for Agency and promote the adoption of necessary digital tools in order to achieve the targets and KPIs of the strategic initiatives.
• Plan and implement agency growth strategies, provide feedback and recommend solutions as necessary.
• Perform tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
