As Technical Talent Sourcing Partner at TR, plays a critical role in identifying and attracting top technical talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand the specific technical requirements and cultural fit for various positions. Key responsibilities include proactively sourcing candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media, and professional networks, as well as building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. The Technical Talent Sourcing Partner must have strong knowledge of the technology industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

About the Role

Technical Talent Sourcing Partner is essential for attracting and securing top technical talent, ensuring that the organization remains competitive in the tech industry.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand current and future talent requirements.
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques such as Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, GitHub, etc. to find and attract top technical talent.
• Identify potential candidates by leveraging networks and research tools such as LinkedIn, SeekOut, Indeed, and other online resources.
• Use data-driven insights to analyze resumes and assess candidates' fitness for specific roles.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to provide guidance on best practices for recruiting and selection processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between organizational goals and recruitment strategy.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, recruiting, or related field.
• +2 years of experience in technical sourcing, preferably within a global organization.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to navigate complex situations, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility across various levels of management and diverse cultures.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives and metrics.
