HR Operations Analyst (12 months contract) 

 

Manulife Hong Kong is seeking an experienced HR Operations Analyst (12 months contract) to support the payroll activities. Ideally, we are looking for an independent & self motivated individual to come and join the team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • With knowledge of using HR System for employee personnel data management functions, preferably with experience of using Workday.

  • Handle internal administration works

  • Handle MPF administration, leave records, and taxation matters

  • Assist in ad hoc tasks / projects, if any

 

Required Qualifications:

  •  1 year relevant working experience, preferably in MNC.

  • Well-versed in local Labor Ordinance and other HR regulatory requirements.

  • Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Able to work independently and under pressure

  • Proactive and effectiveness driven approach to get things done

  • Good written and spoken English, Putonghua is a plus
