Off the Beaten Path is an outdoor, active travel company offering guided small group adventures and private custom journeys.
ROLE ESSENTIALS
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Finance and FP&A Associate to join our team. As our Strategic Finance and FP&A Associate, you will own the modeling for our budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and support strategic decision-making across the organization using data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional financial modeling skills, a highly analytical mindset, a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and excellent communication abilities. In this role, your contributions will have a direct impact on our executive and board-level decision making.

COMPENSATION STATEMENT
Lindblad Expeditions determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.
For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will receive higher pay.
