As a Treasury Manager you’ll play a key role supporting Treasury team across the different tasks and risks managed within the unit.

Effectively, this role will support the three senior managers and ultimately the Finance Director when required with the identification, monitoring, measurement, control, and management of structural balance sheet risks including liquidity and funding, transfer pricing, FX exposure and interest rate risk in the banking book.

The difference you’ll make:

  • Assisting to develop balance sheet structural risk management and reporting capabilities, including liquidity, funding and transfer pricing, liquidity asset buffer

  • Assisting in the management of the liquidity planning & forecasting

  • Assisting the SLB Treasury Team in the identification, asses, control, and manage Liquidity and Structural risk against limits

  • Supporting the Head of Liquidity in the Management and oversight the SLB Corporate Deposit Book

  • Helping in the design and executing of daily controls to mitigate the liquidity and structural risks

  • Updating and maintaining the SLB Treasury Policies

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience working with large datasets of numbers and from multiple sources to extract value and create Management Information for senior stakeholders

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject (Engineering, Finance, Science, Mathematics)

  • Previous experience within Financial Services

It would also be nice for you to have:

  • Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills

  • Working knowledge of financial products

  • Proven experience in building collaborative relationships utilising excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders

  • Demonstrable Project planning skills

What else you need to know:

This role is based at our offices in Triton Square, London located within easy walking distance from Warren Street and Euston Stations.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 3 days a week (pro-rata for part-time roles).
