2. 客户经营推动

•线下客户经营活动策划

•线上线下客户经营活动推动

3. 营销推动

•营销员竞赛方案策划

•营销员竞赛执行推动

•荣誉体系的搭建与推动

4. 客户关怀

•孤儿单/保全客户经营与再开发

5. 客户开拓及数字化经营推动

•客户开拓策略/工具开发

•数字化平台（Navi）应用推广

6. 产服与绩优推动

•产服综合推动，并入大健康推动职责，承接总部营销员渠道产服综合推动及客户中台产服专业赋能 ，开展机构产服综合推动，管理培育外勤产品大使

•ECM活动及老客户产品交叉销售推动

•MDRT/COT/TOT以及五星会的专业推动等

7. 大健康职责

•大健康宣传、推广与培训

•大健康服务协调及治理对接窗口，协调分公司与总部大健康的对接

任职资格：

1. 大学本科或以上学历

2. 2~5年以上寿险行业工作经验

3. 具有较强的组织能力、沟通技巧、客户意识、责任心和工作主动性
