Role Purpose:

Design and direct the execution of a comprehensive Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management strategy for Ashirvad in order to build a culture of high performance and ensure competitiveness and parity in rewards.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Design compensation & benefit structures to address the needs of employees after adequate research of compensation benchmarking data from market.
  • Devise benefits, perks and allowances based on internal bands and grades and review it periodically to ensure the benefits remain attractive.
  • Ensure timely and clear communication on increments and bonuses.
  • Oversee the administration of key reward processes like – annual compensation review, variable pay, sales incentive plan, rewards grievances handling etc. by providing common framework, protocols and procedures across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all rewards processes, both internal and external.
  • Provide expert advice on policy interpretation and implementation for day-to-day rewards operations.
  • Design of sales incentives and incentives for rest of organization followed by implementation and communications of initiatives.
  • Ensure Employee benefits practices like insurance is in line with best in industry and support in policy Cascade and adoption.

HR Budget:

  • Responsible for Managing the HR Budgets (AOP) including the manpower planning and ensure Headcount and costs are in control through periodic tracking of Budget Vs Actuals.
  • Accountable for setting up governance and effective control mechanisms in all HR life cycle processes and Policies

HRMS /BOT Management:

  • Manage the existing HRMS system and suggest improvements and enhancements as per business requirements.
  • Lead the workday Implementation project in India.
  • Responsible for Management of next generation employee engagement applications like HR BOT and devise mechanisms for people adoption and engagement.

Data Management and HR Analytics:

  • Act as the custodian of Employee master data. Devise process mechanisms and process for stakeholders' awareness and ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyse people data and publish people analytics dashboards and metrics with meaningful insights relevant to HR focus areas.

Audit:

Manage Audits Internal & External Audit- financial and process compliance, ensure zero observations and compliance.

Role Specifications

  • Educational Qualification:

Graduate with a PG degree / diploma in Human Resource Management or an MBA

  • Years/type of experience:

12+ years of experience working in Human Resources, with significant experience implementation of performance management systems, design of compensation and benefits framework

  • Technical Skills/Knowledge:
  • Understanding of HR processes and systems, Knowledge of rewards philosophy and principles.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance with respect to PF and claims settlement
