Talent Acquisition Specialist

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to recruit for various areas, across different locations in LATAM Region, and for simultaneous roles. You’ll work with internal and external candidates, while also contributing to global Talent Acquisition projects and collaborating with colleagues across different regions. In this role, you will partner with our leaders - hiring managers & People Operations Business Partners - to understand the company's culture, current and future hiring needs. You’ll identify potential talent sources, develop strategies to attract the best candidates and ensure a smooth and engaging hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tools and processes: Utilize tools and processes in recruitment with full independence. Stay up-to-date with recruitment technologies and leverage them to enhance the user experience. Proactively propose improvements to processes and practices. Familiar with POP processes outside of Talent Acquisition domain.  ​
  • Recruitment process: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process  (including Job Requirement Analysis, Candidate Sourcing and Screening, Interview Process, Offer Management, Background Check) on priority positions with higher complexity. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Take over existing and new positions from scratch. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and ensure effective collaboration throughout the hiring process. Onboard new hiring managers and suggest improvements. Cover multiple Divisions or Departments. Collaborate with managers of different levels of experience in the hiring process. ​
  • Talent Acquisition Program Support: Collaborate with POP colleagues and stakeholders to support talent acquisition initiatives, projects and programs.
  • Employer Branding: Understand and promote the organization's employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent. Collaborate with internal or external partners to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. ​
  • Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the end-to-end selection process. ​
  • Industry Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in talent acquisition strategies. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance talent acquisition processes and approaches based on current trends and research. ​

More about you:

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
  • You have at least 03 years of recruiting experience in full-cycle recruiting for business positions (preferably customer facing positions).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-complexity positions at all seniority levels. Preferably on technology environments.
  • Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Workday is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Showing adaptability and thrive in managing multiple priorities and roles within a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English. Spanish is desirable.
