About the Role

Responsible for supporting specific functional / business areas in terms of information system needs

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.   运营效能与流程优化

•     BU运营关键指标监控、分析，并与指标相关部门协助进行指标提升。

•     对运营与总部、SSO、IT或其他部门之间的工作流程定期梳理、检视，并推动优化。

2.   常规业务数据报告

•    负责运营常规数据报告，包括监管要求的数据报送、公司内部需要的运营数据报告等。

•     参与公司或部门客户驱动项目，并提供数据支持。

•     新产品或关键节点的客户画像数据报告。

•     其他跨部门的数据需求进行支持。

3.   运营系统支持

•     对内部系统、销售/服务系统等进行日常监控，对来自业务部门、客户服务部门等涉及系统的问题进行支持，与后台IT沟通解决营销员或客户的问题。

•     收集、整理来自业务部门、客户服务等部门关于运营系统的问题与建议，定期分析，与相关方沟通并推动优化。

•     运营系统相关项目支持，统筹协调涉及运营系统的升级改造、运营新系统的上线等。

•     运营相关系统的权限管理。

4.   创新工具开发与应用

•     通过数据指标或相关数据分析挖掘运营内部的工作痛点，应用自开发工具或创新工具进行效能提升。

•     为同事提供本地工具使用的培训，推动新工具的运用，让工具发挥最大作用。

•     负责本地工具的日常维护。

5. 完成主管交办的其它任务。

Minimum Job Requirements:

1. 全日制本科或以上学历

2. 5年及以上企划、数据分析工作经验，熟练使用SQL进行数据清洗、查询、整理和存储，在此基础上，掌握Python语言进行脚本开发者优先考虑

3. 具有良好的沟通与表达能力、良好的客户服务意识和追求卓越品质的特征

4. 具有独立工作、分析问题和解决问题的能力；

5. 高度责任心，较强的学习能力，能在压力下工作。
