Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the enterprise network operations and provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network problems, and implementing solutions to optimize network efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network problems. - Implement solutions to optimize network efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Provide technical support to resolve network issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based network management tools. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Experience with network troubleshooting and diagnostic tools. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
