WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Webinar Management: Plan, host, and manage webinars using Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and other platforms as needed. Ensure smooth execution and technical setup for all webinars.

  • Global Coordination: Coordinate and execute webinars for a global audience, considering various time zones and regional preferences.

  • Communication: Engage with presenters and participants to ensure clear communication before, during, and after webinars. Facilitate Q&A sessions and manage attendee interactions.

  • Technical Setup: Oversee the technical setup of webinars, including audio/video checks, screen sharing, and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.

  • Marketing Automation: Create compelling emails and landing pages using marketing automation platforms. Ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Content Management: Work closely with the content team to develop engaging webinar content and materials. Assist in post-webinar content creation, such as recording edits and follow-up communications.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve future webinars.

  • Flexibility: Adapt to varying schedules and time zones to support global webinar initiatives. Be available for early morning or late evening sessions as required.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer support to align webinar topics with business goals and customer needs.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field

  • 3 - 5 years of work experience in Marketing

  • Proven experience in hosting and managing webinars on Microsoft Teams, WebEx, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with global webinar coordination and execution.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce marketing cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) for email and landing page creation.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and priorities.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

  • Certification in digital marketing or a related field.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics

  • Experience in B2B marketing.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.

  • Analytical skills to monitor and interpret webinar performance data.

  • Creative skills for designing engaging emails and landing pages
