Job Description

Interacts with internal customers to determine stakeholder needs for developing marketing materials. Coordinates marketing requests with Graphic Designers. Reviews marketing materials for compliance and marketing guidelines, and routes for all appropriate internal reviews.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare clear communications for internal stakeholders and coordinate flow of information.
  • Coordinate marketing requests in a timely manner. Gather all requirements and feedback.
  • Proof copy for accuracy and adherence to compliance and marketing guidelines.
  • Set up and maintain tracking systems for marketing production.
  • Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as requested.
  • Coordinate ordering and inventory of product brochures, sales collateral, promotional items, event materials.
  • Strong collaboration with marketing team and core marketing liaison to other departments.
  • Expected to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing request objectives are clearly defined, relevant, and enable cost/benefit assessment.
  • Responsible for managing and prioritizing workflow and assignments based on objectives and marketing requests.
  • Routinely collect and input data for marketing related reports.
  • Support content posting and reporting on key social channels.

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Good verbal/written communication skills
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn marketing related technologies and processes

Typical Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Range of Experience

  • 1-3 years’ experience in similar position required.
  • Experience in industry is a plus.
  • Advertising agency experience is a plus.

The pay range for this role is $37,500.00 - $62,500.00

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
