Etched is building AI chips that are hard-coded for individual model architectures. Our first product (Sohu) only supports transformers, but has an order of magnitude more throughput and lower latency than a B200. With Etched ASICs, you can build products that would be impossible with GPUs, like real-time video generation models and extremely deep & parallel chain-of-thought reasoning agents.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Operations Associate to join our dynamic People team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our recruiting processes through data-driven insights and innovative tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Operations and Tooling:
  • Greenhouse ATS: Manage and maintain our Greenhouse ATS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and efficient workflow.
  • Jira Integration: Utilize Jira to track, manage, and analyze recruiting projects and tasks.
  • HRIS Connectivity: Integrate Greenhouse with our HRIS system to streamline data transfer, reporting, and analytics.
• Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Develop and implement efficient recruiting workflows to enhance candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Generate insightful reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize recruiting strategies.
• System Administration:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot recruiting systems and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with Greenhouse ATS and HRIS systems.
• Strong understanding of data operations and analysis.
• Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
