This position is a 9 month fixed term contract position based in Singapore.

What you will be doing:

Your role as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner is a full life cycle recruitment position responsible for partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract and acquire top talent to support Stryker’s organizational needs. This position will have coverage of our East Asia Region, with specific focus on delivery of hiring into Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore.

While not all encompassing, this role’s primary activities can be grouped into three main areas:

Recruit

  • You use your strength and passion in finding candidates with advanced recruiting tools and techniques to acquire top talent
  • You chart the course by defining and executing the best candidate attraction strategies
  • You share a compelling career opportunities based on the candidate’s motivation
  • You will conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit and present candidate match & value to hiring team
  • You deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout entire recruitment lifecycle
  • You use market data and are a subject matter expert in your assigned function
  • You positively promote Stryker’s brand

Advise & Lead

  • Listen to and understand the needs of stakeholders
  • Provide hiring teams guidance and consultation on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices
  • Influence hiring managers with market data that shapes recruitment approach and decision making
  • Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment and remove barriers
  • Tactfully drive the hiring process
  • Accurately manage candidate / requisition lifecycle in ATS for data integrity for reporting

Innovate

  • Identify recruitment market trends, tools, technologies and share best practices
  • Identify recruitment market trends, tools, technologies and best practices and share this information through the appropriate teams for assessment and adoption

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma preferred
  • 6+ years work experience, with at least 1-2 years of professional level full cycle recruiting experience
  • Experienced leveraging multiple recruitment tools / technologies
  • Exposure to hiring into multiple Asian countries preferred
  • Preferred candidates will have a mix of agency and corporate recruitment experience
  • We seek Cantonese and / or Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Cantonese and / or Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

    Travel Percentage: 10%
