This role strategically aligns HR efforts to specific business needs​, including organization assessment and design, team effectiveness, people issues, and trends that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business. Requires building culture that value trust, employee engagement, innovation, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity. Coaches and develops leaders to deliver people management capabilities, provides organizational insights to make the highest quality decisions, and mitigates operational risk and increase business and HR process/ ER compliance . Partners with practices and HR shared services to implement effective, business-oriented solutions that meet specific business and Line Leader challenges.​

Job Qualifications

  • Must be graduating or have graduated with a Bachelors.

  • Have a major or concentration in any of these areas – Human Resources, Business, Industrial Labor Relations, Organizational Development or relevant majors

  • Must be able to work onsite.

Starting Pay / Salary Range:  $85-$115K.

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
