The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

This role is responsible to provide efficient support for all relevant Legal Contracts Management (LCM) engagements and all HIPPO interactions

Raising requisitions and tacking through completion to PO approval and payment

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Customer and Business Process Specialist role will make an impact: 

  •  Organising and managing the relevant teams process for legal contracts with HCP’s, external agencies, healthcare organisations and healthcare professionals.  Ensuring they are completed successfully prior to the meetings taking place are fully compliant with SIIHPs policy

  • Ensure all material relating to HCP meetings, i.e. Agendas, Invitations and Consultant Presentations are submitted through – required systems for Medical, Regulatory, Commercial and Legal review

  • Highlighting of potential issues to relevant stakeholders and working collaboratively to find a solution

  • Provide training on Legal Contract Management processes for new starters and, where processes are updated, for all relevant colleagues

  • Maintain training materials and ensure they are updated in line with updates to relevant processes and systems

  • Review all Transfer of Value (TOV) information is correct and submitted appropriately

  • Support Branded BU Field Force on all HCP interactions required to go through the HIPPO approval system

  • Creating requisitions for relevant projects including promotional activities and payments to healthcare organisations and professionals.  Tracking the approval process to make sure they are successfully converted to Purchase orders.

  • Implement new updates to the LCM and / or HIPPO process and systems based

  • Support with Meetings and Events with internal CVENT portal

  • Escalate issues / queries from UK colleagues in relation to HIPPO & LCM to relevant above country teams for resolution

  • Feed into HIPPO Project Manager on future UK requirements for HIPPO system

 

About Your Skills & Experience 

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 

  • Ability to prioritise varied workload and frequent changing priorities

  • Influencing without authority

  • Experience transitioning finance activities to shared services

  • Ability to collaborate with commercial marketing and sales teams and other relevant stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft suite

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
