In the Advisory & Insights role you will be the face of GPA to our stakeholders and customers, providing strategic decision support for Ventures & Acquisitions. You will also work across the ecosystem to strategically influence our products, services, and offerings based on customer feedback.

This is an amazing opportunity to support Ventures & Acquisitions space, one of Accenture’s key HR areas. on creating an adaptive workforce by integrating talent, technology, and transformation for Accenture employees and external clients. Their strategy focuses on fostering a skills-based approach to workforce development, utilizing digital tools like Workday to identify and develop necessary skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the face of the team for senior stakeholders in for your assigned customer area, addressing complex analytical challenges within the talent/HR space. Provide actionable, data-driven insights to support critical talent decisions and guide high-impact analyses and special projects.
  • Communicates priorities and needs to others on the team to influence and help drive the vision and roadmap of our products by understanding the overall strategy, priorities, and objectives of the assigned customer segment. Leverage Workday reporting and analytics capabilities to deliver operational and management reports, including executive insights for informed decision-making.
  • Lead the preparation of earnings reports, ensuring accurate and clear HR and financial data analysis. Manage external reporting efforts, maintaining compliance and alignment with internal policies.
  • Engage with customer segments to understand their analytics needs, utilizing existing digital tools to shape solutions. Identify gaps and recommend improvements, ensuring insights are actionable and deliver high value.
  • Conduct standard and ad hoc deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes and assess business outcomes using advanced analytical techniques.
  • Advocate for modern HR and GPA strategy, focusing on enhancing analytic and reporting capabilities. Contribute to training initiatives that build awareness and promote digital HR tools and analytics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and recommend enhancements to Workday and other digital tools, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with HR strategies.
  • Indirectly coordinate the efforts of a small team, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of analytics projects.

Qualifications:

Experience and Education

  • Exposure advising senior/executive level stakeholders, preferably in an analytically focused area.
  • Demonstrated and progressive experience in HR with a focus on analytics and reporting—or—in a data and analytics role with exposure to HR or people leaders, with minimum 3 years of hands-on data analysis experience, in a similar capability.
  • Experience developing and leading remote cross-functional/matrixed teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Experience with driving change and adoption of new ways of working and innovative solutions.
  • Previous experience in using data visualization to turn complex data into simple and easy to understand narratives for senior business leaders and HR stakeholders.
  • Expertise in storytelling through data and communicating effectively with key partners through advanced visualization techniques.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a large volume of highly complex work.
  • Overall understanding of HR strategy, challenges, and methods, with a preference for someone with deep knowledge of Talent Management, Talent Analytics and Transformation strategies.
  • Skilled in effectively negotiating priorities and translating requirements into meaningful work plans and objectives for the team.
  • A natural problem solver, business partner, with a high level of curiosity and passion for ensuring data driven people, workforce and transformation decisions.
  • High attention to detail and appreciation for understanding processes.
  • Strong presentation skills, strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point.
  • Comfortable with systems and technologies.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data and data governance process.
