We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to lead our Corporate Finance (FP&A) team. As a Senior Manager, you will spearhead advanced financial planning, budgeting, and reporting initiatives that significantly impact our executive decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background and expert proficiency in financial modeling. 

 Responsibilities: 

  • FP&A Governance: Establish and maintain governance over all FP&A activities, including detailed workback calendars for earnings reports, Board reporting, and fiscal planning/forecasts.  Create and maintain processes, methodologies for FP&A team data structure and location. 
  • Tool Ownership: Act as the primary owner and expert of the Pigment FP&A tool, overseeing the structure and integrity of financial data within the system. 
  • Investor Relations partnership: Manage the preparation and delivery of financial outcomes for investor relations, including earnings numbers and consensus comparisons, ensuring transparency and accuracy. 
  • Corporate financial modeling:  Stock based compensation, collaborate on Long Term model assumptions, drivers and KPIs 
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of financial processes to ensure they align with corporate objectives and maximize efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Collaborate with FP&A to develop robust financial forecasts and budgets that reflect the company’s strategic direction. 
  • Lead the creation of financial reports and presentations that provide insightful analysis to senior executives and the Board of Directors.sure 
  • Reporting design:  Enhance the visibility and accessibility of financial reports and dashboards, with an emphasis on visual design for supporting enhanced decision-making at all levels. 

  Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years of experience in Finance, preferably within the SaaS industry, with a solid track record in Corporate FP&A in a Public Company. 
  • In-depth knowledge of financial processes, data structures, and systems. 
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling and data manipulation using Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools like NetSuite and Pigment. 
  • Proficiency in handling large datasets with SQL and Python. 
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly and persuasively.  Visual design of dashboards and reporting experience. 
  • Strong initiative and the ability to function independently as a strategic contributor. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence decisions across various management levels. 
  • Recognized as a trusted advisor with a robust ability to guide strategic decision-making and execution. 

 

The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
