HR Development (m/f/d)

In this position you will integrate the local HR team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. Your role involves conducting needs assessments, facilitating workshops, and ensuring continuous professional growth through innovative learning solutions and career development initiatives.

Key Accountabilities and Activities

  • Implement corporate policies at the local level
  • Facilitate effective local communication with employees
  • Manage and maintain the local HRIS
  • Design and deliver employee development and training programs
  • Contribute to succession planning and talent management processes
  • Support strategic workforce development initiatives
  • Participate in and support local industrial relations activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the local context.
  • Be gradually involved in strategic decisions

Your profile

Key Competencies

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Sound legal understanding – Knowledge of Spanish labor law
  • Resilience and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to keep good relations with worker’s union
  • Fluent in English

Qualification and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology or similar background / experience
  • +7 years of experience in Human Resources
