Job Description:

In this role, you will be a member of the Global Research team at Bank of America – a world class sell-side Research Department.

The role will work with the US Equity & Quantitative Strategy team as a Marketing Assistant supporting the end to end coordination and execution of marketing schedules for the US Equity & Quant Strategy team.

Responsibilities:

  • Navigating end to end analyst marketing and collaborating with analysts to best position marketing content
  • Supporting teams with planning forward looking marketing, which may include target client lists, team calendars, and organizing events
  • Book travel and prepare expense reports, maintain analysts’ calendars, schedule meetings, and client conference calls
  • Being responsible for leveraging data and liaising with relevant teams to identify target cities and client accounts
  • Arranging marketing schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring schedules are aligned with department strategy and logging standards
  • Heavy use of CRM platforms and additional internal client databases
  • Supporting the Analyst marketing team with ad hoc projects

Required Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree (preferably in Business or Marketing) or equivalent years of experience
  • 2-3 years experience within Equity Research, Investment Banking, or Institutional Sales
  • Solid administrative, marketing, and/ or roadshow related experience is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoys collaborating with others
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook experience is required
  • Being highly organized with the ability to be proactive and solution oriented
  • Having a solid sense of urgency and the ability to work accurately and effectively during peak times
  • Ability to multi-task in a time sensitive environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
