About the Role

做好分公司营销员渠道业务竞赛推动、执行各类会务及活动执行、荣誉体系推动及产品策划包装推动,推动营销员渠道绩效指标的达成

1、产服与绩优推动:

  • 准确、及时地宣导、落实中国区制定的各项产品营销推动计划和PPR整体解决方案
  • 承担新产品及相关营运医学知识培训、演练、答疑解惑提升一线产品能力
  • 了解当地业务目标,进行关键指标分解,紧密监控达成情况,并及时采取措施调整
  • 联合分公司其他相关部门(ADE, 培训,营运,市场等), 以产品为抓手,通过系统的业务推动框架(4阶段4要素)进行业务推动,以确保实现年度VoNB目标
  • 建立基于“以客户为中心”细分客户市场, 在CHO产品推动资料基础上开发营销业务人员分层推动、销售工具和配套培训课件负责老客户数据分析及加保。
  • 产服综合推动,承接总部营销员渠道产服综合推动及客户中台产服专业赋能 ,开展机构产服综合推动,管理培育外勤产品大使
  • ECM活动及老客户产品交叉销售推动
  • MDRT/COT/TOT以及五星会的专业推动,强化高净值绩优推动等

2、大健康推动

  • 大健康宣传、推广与培训
  • 大健康服务协调及治理对接窗口,协调分公司与总部大健康的对接

3、高净值业务推动

4、业务规划与项目:

执行年度销售战略/活动以帮助渠道达成管理层制定的年度销售目标

  • 参与特定业务项目,以帮助渠道达成销售目标,满足销售需求
  • 执行业务渠道各类业务策划会务、活动
  • 线上拓客推广、线下拓客活动策划与组织

5、营销/营销员荣誉体系的推动:

  • 营销员竞赛方案策划及执行推动
  • 荣誉体系的搭建与推动
  • 推广并执行营销员渠道各类荣誉体系,包括月度荣誉体系、年度荣誉体系、五星会荣誉、MDRT等
  • 推动MDRT文化,扩大MDRT队伍,助力全年渠道业务目标达成
  • 推动五星会荣誉体系,举办五星会活动,以提升新人活动率及津贴获得率
  • 组织执行各类荣誉性质大型颁奖典礼及活动

6、客户驱动:

  • 根据业务发展情况,将客户当前和未来的需求和偏好作为改进产品和服务质量的动力,以提高客户的满意度和忠诚程度;
  • 参与和推动有关Agency渠道客户驱动的专项工作,如线索分配和跟进规则、系统功能开发等;
  • 了解分公司及区部的需求,提供营销员获客、活客、暖客、转化等相关数据。

7、客户关怀:

  • 处理客户来函保单转移
  • ICSP工单处理及跟进,客户关爱服务确认函处理,保单回执追踪处理及跟进
  • 孤儿单/保全客户经营与再开发

8、客户开拓与数字化经营推动:

  • 客户开拓策略/工具开发
  • 数字化平台(Navi)应用推广

岗位要求:

教育背景:

大学本科或以上学历(经济、金融或市场营销专业优先)

相关经验:

5年及以上相关经验(具有产品策划、活动组织、客户驱动经验优先)

技能要求:

  • 具备扎实的市场与营销知识
  • 熟悉寿险及健康险产品
  • 有创新性思维
  • 良好的沟通与表达能力
  • 能有效对员工进行业绩辅导
  • 良好的解决问题与决断的能力
