The Opportunity: 
Are you ready to kickstart your career with a dynamic internship at S&P Global Commodity Insights? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic candidates to join our 10-week IT Project Management Internship as part of our IMPACT Program (Innovative Mentoring and Professional Acceleration in Commodities). This is your chance to gain hands-on experience while working with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions from June to August.

We collaborate with Technology, Product Management, Scrum Masters, and various teams to drive impactful projects that enhance Platts services. Your Responsibilities: 
As an IT Project Management Intern, you will: 

  • Support Technology tools with project setup, updates, and data management. 

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather and document requirements for tool/process enhancements. 

  • Ensure accurate completion of relevant documentation. 

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with technical resources and business unit partners. 

  • Help ensure compliance with departmental processes in task execution. 

  • Contribute to process development and training with the APMO. 

  • Manage governance initiatives to keep project portfolios updated. 

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead proof of concept initiatives. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Operations, graduating in May 2026. 

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail. 

  • Attitude: A proactive learner with a positive service mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, ADO, Word, Excel, Box, Wiki, and Visio is a plus. Basic Excel data analysis skills are required. 

  • Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
