About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the daily operations of Macau IT team;
  • Assist IT teammates to handle daily IT helpdesk hotline enquiries and involve in the troubleshooting processes;
  • Assist IT teammates to maintain accurate call logs and IT asset inventory records;
  • Involve in any PCs/Laptops software upgrade;
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University student; preferably at Year 2 or 3 and major in Computer Science or Information Technology;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong at problem analysis and decision making;
  • Outgoing personality with effective presentation skills;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
